I’ve created this post to help the people who want to get started on their health journey after speaking with me, my mom or someone else that we’ve helped who is now helping others.
Each and every person is in a different health place with different symptoms. However, many (if not all) of those conditions are caused by the same root things. Toxins, parasites and a lack of nutrients.
Inflammation is the body’s response to try to deal with toxins and foreign objects. If it can’t get something out, fever and infection follows. Just like a splinter.
The health of the digestive system is paramount to the health of the entire body. Any form of digestive issue is a red flag. This includes IBS, acid reflux, heart burn, constipation, diarrhea, a slowed metabolism, and even stubborn fat.
Brain health is also directly linked to digestive health. If you have anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, OCD, PTSD, bipolar, brain fog, or memory issues you have digestive problems — whether you’re aware of it or not.
The body can expel many things. But when there’s more toxins coming in than it can process out, it has to store them somewhere. This is what causes aches, pain, fatigue, inflammation, and neuro issues. Toxins create an ideal environment and food source for parasites, bacteria, fungus and viruses.
These foreign invaders stress the body further. And if you’re nutrient deficient, you have no power to fight them.
When your body hits its tipping point, symptoms begin to cascade. Leaving you with chronic health conditions which can turn into severe diseases and even cancer.
It takes effort to get your body back on the right side of that tipping point. But when you do, your body will begin to unwind your issues and continue to heal itself.
How do I know this?

My mom was on her death bed back in November of 2021. Her skin was ashy gray and it was like you could actually see the life seeping out of her. This was during the pandemic, so she was afraid to go to the hospital.

Feel free to use other products, but be aware that cheap items many contain a lot of fillers and potentially contaminated sources.
This list is not all inclusive. There are other products I recommend for specific reasons that have not been included.
Protocols
You do not need to be taking every product listed. What you choose to do depends on what your health is like, your preferences, and willingness. I can’t tell you what I’d recommend specifically for you without a one-on-one conversation.
This post is more of a general intro for how to get started on you health journey and have noticeable results.
But with that said, stacking products does speed your progress along. However, some people’s bodies cannot process things that fast.
If you experience symptoms like extreme fatigue, headaches, nausea, extreme emotions, anxiety, worsening of mental health conditions, agitation, inflammation, pain, constipation, rashes, etc, you’re purging toxins too fast for your body to keep up.
When this happens, you need to go slower, increase binders, and/or try cycling on and off things to allow adequate time for your detox organs to catch up.
Be Patient And Persistent
Your body didn’t become a toxic wasteland over night. Most symptoms don’t present until after 6 months of a nutrient deficiency. It takes time to unwind health issues. Some people are so bad that it can take years before they reach optimal health.
Document, Learn, And Experiment
I highly recommend keeping a health journal to document symptoms, supplements, diet, and changes. This will give you insights and remind you how far you’ve come.
Don’t be afraid to experiment. Doctors do it all the time with the medications they put you on and tweak things as they go. You can do this for yourself with likely better results since no one knows your body as well as you can.
Learn to list to what you’re body’s telling you. There’s always something that precedes a symptom. Start paying attention. It’s usually hidden toxins in food, water, environment, chemicals, beauty products, or stress.

Steps For Healing
I’ve put these in the best order that I can, but not all of them are linear. Some you can do together while others have a desired protocol in mind.
You many need to cycle through different phases — maybe even several times. For example I often have people do a parasite purge and then jump to heavy metal cleanse since parasites release heavy metals when they die off.
Another is that many people with anxiety or other neruo conditions have high levels of toxins in their brains. Nutrition (especially amino acids) cause your cells to release toxins which can increase mental agitation. We go slow by skipping days and add binders and cleansers on the off days off. Cycling back and forth keeps negative side effects to a minimum.
#1 Reduce Toxin Exposures
It’s hard to put out a fire when you’re pouring gas on the other side. When you reduce your exposure to new toxins, your body can start to work on its backlog. The older you are the more you likely have because we live in a toxic world. They bioaccumulate and get stored in our fat cells. This is why weight gain increase with age.
This post discusses toxin sources in more detail. When you can do this in conjunction with the following protocols, you’re get bigger results.
Start small and build up new habits to create a sustainable lifestyle. Switch to cleaner products when you run out of something.
#2 Open Detox Pathways
In order to remove toxins, you need open pathways. You want to be pooping at the very least every day if not more than once as a sign that they’re moving well.
If they’re backed up and you begin dumping toxins, you’ll likely experience abdominal cramping, constipation, pain, fever, swelling, headaches, anxiety, and/or fatigue.
I recommend being on what I call cleansing herbs at least a week before moving into nutrition, parasite cleanses, or heavy metal cleanses because each one of those cause a release of toxins.
But a good digestive cleanse takes 4-5 weeks and should not include harsh laxatives because they cause dehydration. You want herbs that do more of a scrubbing action and provide function support.
Cleansers
These herbs cleanse your digestive system removing old gunk and improving its function.
I don’t like most colon cleanse products that have senna (laxative) because it isn’t necessary. They also usually have casa sagrada which your colon can become dependent on if taking for more than a week.
Aloe Vera – colon cleansing agent. It’s gentle, healing, detoxifying, hydrating, soothing, and nourishing. You want products that do not have the latex. The latex is a laxative and shouldn’t be taken for extended periods.
Milk Thistle & Dandelion Root – Helps detoxify the liver, opens bile flow, protect the liver from toxin damage and promotes drainage
Slippery Elm Bark – a mild scrubber that helps regulate the colon and reduces inflammation so things can heal
Your body needs to be able to deal with that. by adding nutrition or doing parasite cleanses don’t want blocked detox pathways. The colon is the best place to start since it can remove a ton of waste from the body. Many other systems drain into it. A clean colon allows the liver room to purge which allows your adrenals to start moving. , so when you clean out your colon and liver, upstream systems start draining.
#3 Supplement Nutrition
Everyone knows the body needs nutrients. What most don’t know is that if the digestive system is dysfunctional (aka you have any digestive symptoms), its ability to absorb nutrients from food and regular vitamin supplements is greatly diminished.
To circumvent that problem, a new technology called liposomals is available. Liposomal vitamins have superior absorption into our cells.
Liposomal Multivitamin – this product contains some minerals on top of the full vitamin spectrum which is always a plus. (Contains almonds if you have a nut allergy, here’s an alternative.)
Trace Minerals with Humic & Fulvic Acid – contains an excellent wide spectrum of 75+ trace minerals via fulvic and humic acid which are ultra tiny particles for great absorption. These also act as binders that cross the blood barrier.
There’s more to nutrition than just vitamins and minerals.
Most of us only know about omega-3s and 6s and don’t realize that most fish oil supplements are rancid and contaminated with heavy metals. There are quite a few other fatty acids. These are important for brain, eye, skin, and joint health.
Algae based Fatty Acid – algae derived fatty acids don’t have that nasty fish taste and they have natural detoxification properties and this brand in particular has antioxidants.
I believe that amino acids are a huge missing link in people’s health. We’re supposed to be able to synthesize these from eating protein, but that clearly isn’t happening based on the results my clients are getting from supplementing.
Many are experiencing improvements in their sleep, mental health, body function, energy, and lots of weight loss. It’s very apparent that they’re turning on body systems, especially detox systems.

You can take some of these individually for specific issues, but the easiest way to cover all bases is to get an essential blend. These 9 amino acids can’t be made in the body. This is where I recommend starting. The body can take what it needs and make many others from them.
Free Form Essential Amino Acids – free form is best since you can make it absorb directly into the blood stream by allowing it to dissolve under your tongue, but BE WARNED it tastes terrible!!!
Capsule Essential Amino Acids – I’d start with buying capsule form to taste the powder. If it’s too gross, just take the capsules. Hopefully your digestive system isn’t too messed up to get the benefit.
#4 Binders
One of the liver’s 300 jobs is to remove toxins. If the system is overburdened it can’t keep up which causes them to float around wreaking havoc until it can flush them out or store them in fat until it can remove them.
Binders help the body flush out mold, heavy metals, and toxins. They create a strong bond with toxins to prevent inflammation symptoms and the liver from having to process and store them.
If you suffer from depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, or other neuro cognitive issues, you want to focus on heavy metals binders. Cilantro, dulse, algae, and blueberries are excellent foods that help detox heavy metals.
This binder list is not all inclusive. Experts suggest rotating binders because they each bind to certain things and can penetrate different areas of the body.
You need to make sure you’re drinking enough water and getting fiber while taking binders or you can become constipated. Psyllium husk and pectin are great fiber supplements, but if you’re not used to fiber, ease into it.
Encapsulated Binder Blend – this contains activated charcoal, bentonite clay, humic acid, fulvic acid, and chlorella in one pill. This is a good option if taste and texture are an issue for you, but it does cost more than free form binders.
If you’re okay with free form powders to save some money pick from the list below.
Bentonite Clay – binds to toxins, heavy metals, and molds. Can be a pain because it clumps. Take at least 2 hours before or after food or it will absorb your nutrients. No contact with metal. Make sure you get food grade. Take 1 teaspoon in 2 cups of water 1-3 times a day. (do not take long term)
To minimize clumping you can try letting it sit for an hour or slowly adding while stirring. You can also use a mason jar with a plastic lid and shake like crazy.
Bamboo Silica – attaches to aluminum, thallium, and tin. It also has a ton of other nutrients and health benefits.
Heavy metals end up in the brain if you’ve ever had a head injury. I’m seeing more and more studies showing that heavy metals in the brain is the root cause of autism, anxiety, ADHD and other neuro cognitive issues.
Barley grass juice extract powder – draws out heavy metals from your spleen, intestinal tract, pancreas, and reproductive system. prepares mercury for absorption by the Spirulina
Spirulina – draws out heavy metals from your brain, central nervous system, and liver 2nd part needed for heavy metal absorption with barley grass
Zeolite Clay – great for heavy metals, BPA, and pesticides. Take 2 teaspoons 1-3 times a day.
Chlorella – algae filled with vitamins, minerals, and amino acids that attracts heavy metals, VOCs, pesticides, and mycotoxins to itself.
#5 Parasite Cleanse
We are exposed to parasites all the time, but if we never treat them, they build up and grow larger over time.
They sit in the digestive system and plug ducts, slow flow, and lower body temperature. These things can actually change your behavior, wreak havoc by manipulating body functions/organs, storing and giving off toxins, harboring bacteria and viruses. They also steal your nutrients and cause food cravings like sugar, dairy, and meat.
I recommend intensive cleansing for 30-60 days to relieve the body and then doing maintenance cleanses on a yearly basis.
Parasite Tincture or capsules – best for small parasites and eggs. The liquid is more effective than the capsules and if you have a nut allergy, do not take the capsules.
Parasite Mimosa Pudica Seed – kills larger more resilient parasites
If you start the parasite products before doing enough digestive cleansing, you may experience painful backing up of your system as these things die off. Do more cleansing if this happens. You may cycle through back ups followed by major expulsions. Just be aware of this.
Function Support – Throughout If Needed
These products do not actually fix the root cause, but will provide symptom relief while you’re going trough the other stuff and undoing bigger health issues.
Adaptogen Blend – helps focus, energy, and cognitive impairment by bringing lots of things into balance.
Example: If you have high blood pressure it will make it normal. If you have low blood pressure it will make it normal.
Digestive Enzymes – helps the digestive system by providing enzymes your body may not be producing to breakdown fats, proteins, carbohydrates and make vitamins and minerals available for absorption.
Liposomal Anti-Inflammatory – This has a bunch of anti-inflammatory things like tumeric, curcumin, and ginger.
Odorless Garlic – this acts as an anti-inflammatory, a detoxer, antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal. It’s great if you have an infection.
The following amino acids target neurotransmitters which helps so many clients get started on their health journeys. These absorb better and fast into the blood if you let them dissolve under your tongue.
Tryptophan Amino Acid – Supports restful sleep, relaxation and serotonin conversion, positive mood and mind, reduces anxiety, spinning thoughts and feelings, OCD, and phobias. Take 500-1500mg 1-2x a day. Doesn’t taste great, but paired with GABA mitigates that.
GABA Amino Acid – helps promote physical relaxation and ease nervous and stress tension. Also works on muscle tension. Take 250-500mg 1-3x a day.
Doing a combination of tryptophan and GABA before bed has been so helpful for my clients who struggle with sleep issues and neuro conditions like anxiety, OCD, and spinning thoughts. You can take these at any time especially if you struggle with anxiety.
Tyrosine – helps with ADD/ADHD, focus, lack of energy, depression, apathy, and motivation. Don’t take anywhere near bedtime. Take with GABA and tryptophan to prevent anxiety symptoms. Take 500-1500mg 1-3x a day.
Phenylalanine – helps those who are highly sensitive and emotionally sensitive. Sooths cravings and addictions. Don’t take close to bed if you have issues sleeping. Recommend taking in combo with tryptophan and GABA. Take 500-1500mg 1-3x a day. (Avoid D and DL versions since they are lab made.)
Protocols For Different Situations
To keep things simple, follow the dosage and timing instructions on the products unless I specify otherwise or you choose to do differently.
I like to swish the liposomal vitamins and minerals around in my mouth and especially under the tongue for about 30 seconds before swallowing. It seems to absorb really well in the mouth.
Try to get 1 to 3 doses of binders in and stack them (except bentonite)
The parasite products work better on an empty stomach.
Add function support supplements if needed. Tryptophan and GABA amino acids are amazing for stress, anxiety, brain fog, or a multitude of other neuro or cognitive issues. Amino acids absorb best under the tongue.
FYI you’re going to poop a lot during all of this. It’s going to smell terrible too. You’ll be getting rid of stuff that shouldn’t be in there. You’ll poop even more on the parasite stuff. 97% of parasites aren’t visible to the naked eye.
I’ve Been Cleansing And Detoxing But I Still Feel Off

Focus on killing off parasites as that is probably going be your biggest leverage point. They give off ammonia and release toxins, more parasites, bacteria and viruses when they die, so it’s important to be keeping your binders and nutrition up.

I’m Pretty Healthy With Maybe A Symptom Here And There
You might have more symptoms than you realize. If you get headaches or have memory whiffs that didn’t used to happen, those are red flags that something is wrong in the body.
Even gradual weight gain without any changes to diet and exercise shows that something has changed. Less energy is another one. And no, this isn’t normal with aging. It’s normal when health is digressing aka toxins are building up in the body.
Recurring yeast infections or respiratory infections that have been previously treated with antibiotics or steroids. These are not new infections, they are old issues flaring up when the immune system is overtaxed from stress.

I Have Health Concerns But Nothing I Can’t Power Through Unless I’m Really Sick
Your body is trying to tell you that it’s not okay. Give it some TLC so you can go back to being awesome.
I also really suggest learning to rest and familiarize yourself with body signals. This will help you catch things before they get bad so you can shorten or eliminate the really sick instances. Seriously, sleep isn’t overrated.
Week 1 Through 3 Cleansing, Binders, And Nutrient Support

I Have Severe Or Chronic Health Issues
This is for people who are basically a hot mess. We are going to start off with function support and cleansing and then move onto nutrient support and deeper detoxing. One of the biggest ways to aid this protocol is to stop putting the toxins in so you can get more out and take natural anti-inflammatories.
Cleansing may seem counter intuitive if you have Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. This happens because your intestines are inflamed so everything irritates them further. But they are inflamed because of old buildup and lack of nutrients for function.
Most people in this category usually have cognitive impairment or neuro issues as well. We’re going to take things to help manage those symptoms while we start to unwind things.
Assess yourself each week and recalibrate supplements as necessary.
I’m hesitant to go out too far because each next step will depend on what unwinds and happens after each phase for your specific situation. My mom has been a very convoluted mess and I suspect others will be similar.
If you are one of these cases, don’t despair. Problem solving is in my DNA. And everyone I have helped so far is willing to provide feedback from their experiences.

Week 6 Through 13 Nutrition, Binders, and Parasite Purge
- Stop function support items except the GABA and tryptophan
- Back the cleansers down to every few days unless you really feel like you need to stay on them
- Stay on the nutrition
- Add more binders like Barley grass juice extract powder, Spirulina, and/or Bamboo Silica
- Parasite Tincture
- Parasite Mimosa Pudica Seed
***If you feel like you need to add the function support supplements back in, do so.
***If you feel like you’re constipated, add cleansers back in.
***If you feel like you need to push the parasite cleanse to 90 days, you can. You can stop the tincture and stay on the mimosa pudica to give yourself a break as well.
From here, you’ll probably need to focus on binders and nutrition for a good long while. You might also want ot do another parasite cleanse after a couple month break. There are other deep cleanses we’re experimenting with to reach parasites outside the digestive system. More info to come.
Dosing Schedule Examples
Full Intensive Example
Morning right after waking up
It is really hard to provide a specific dosing schedule because everyone has different lives. A routine that works for one person might not work for someone else.
- 2 capsules milk thistle/dandelion root,
- 2 capsules aloe vera
- 2 capsules mimosa pudica
- 30 drops Paraguard
Wait 15 minutes
- 5 drops humic and fulvic acid
- 1 teaspoon liposomal multivitamin
- Open 1 capsule Gaba and 1 capsule tryptophan and dissolve under your tongue
Wait another 15 minutes
- 1 scoop barley grass
- 6 tablets spirulina
- 1 dropper cilantro
- Enjoy a warm cup of 1/2 to 1 teaspoon adaptogen blend in water, coffee or tea, add some stevia or honey.
With a meal
- 1 Tablespoon dulse flakes
- 1 capsule slippery elm
- 2 capsules digestive enzymes
Midday
- 30 drops Paraguard
- 1 dropper cilantro
- 5 drops humic and fulvic acid
- Open 1 capsule Gaba and 1 capsule tryptophan and dissolve under your tongue
Evening
- 1 scoop barley grass
- 6 tablets spirulina
- 1 dropper cilantro
- 5 drops humic and fulvic acid
- 2 capsules aloe vera
- 30 drops Paraguard
Before bed
- Open 1 capsule Gaba and 1 capsule tryptophan and dissolve under your tongue
- 30 drops Paraguard
- 2 capsules mimosa pudica
- Enjoy a warm cup of 1/2 to 1 teaspoon adaptogen blend in water or tea, add some stevia or honey.
With Charcoal and Bentonite Clay
If you want to add charcoal and/or bentonite clay, you can take each once a day or do one twice a day.
- You can take a 1 teaspoon serving first thing in the morning and wait an hour before starting the above protocol.
and/or
- Don’t take the adaptogen blend at bed and take the charcoal and/or bentonite clay in it’s place.
and/or
- Do the charcoal and/or bentonite clay when your stomach is empty in between the above example dosing protocol.
